Back2Back including a celebrity

Alright, week three of the internship had another set of back to back weddings and this time they were both full service. On Friday down in the Catamaran Resort, Lisa and Paul had a wedding that was WILD and as far as design goes, it was a fun play on textures.  Not to mention, the ceremony had the background of the beach and Guy Fieri was the officiant! Food network fans anyone? It was cool to see him and his family. What's fun about this internship is seeing the people I meet that are considered celebrities party and in their personal lives! Not many people get to experience that! But like i mentioned earlier, this wedding was WILD and far from classy as far as the people go hahaha but luckily they had the money to make it appear classy. Personalized cups for name cards!

The second wedding on Saturday was complete opposite. Classy to the T. They even had their guests show up in golds and sparkles and fancy clothes.  Although the venue was a bit strange at the Hall of Champions in Balboa Park, it had a cool sailboat in the venue which added to the wow factor and it fit since he is a sailor. Michael Buble played all night and the golds and glitter and pearls really decorated this place. I loved the glittery backdrop! And it was cool that the escort cards were compasses, so it was a party favor and place card all in one.
